Tariff Policy

DEPOSIT

​

  • Season tariff apply from 1 December – 15 January.

  • Minimum stay 4 nights.

  • Minimum capacity per camp:  The Shack 6 people, Vollies Camp 8 people, Witteberg Lodge 6 people.

  • We do ask for a 50% deposit.  Payment to be made within 48 hours after you have received the invoice. It confirms your booking. 

  • If you cancel two weeks before arrival, you forfeit 50% of deposit.

  • If you cancel within two weeks of arrival, you forfeit 100% of deposit.

  • Any breakages or loss or damage to linen, cutlery, glasses etc will be for your account. 

  • We do clean the tents and living areas properly, but we expect that the kitchen area and related stuff is left clean – Up to R500 fee if our staff are left to wash up.

 

Separate invoice will be sent for deposit to confirm the booking.  Final invoice will be due for payment 7 days before arrival
