Deposit Policy

We do ask for a 50% deposit. Payment to be made within 48 hours after you have received the invoice. It confirms your booking.
If you cancel two weeks before arrival, you forfeit 50% of deposit.
If you cancel within two weeks of arrival, you forfeit 100% of deposit.
Any breakages or loss or damage to linen, cutlery, glasses etc will be for your account.
We do clean the tents and living areas properly, but we expect that the kitchen area and related stuff is left clean – Up to R500 fee if our staff are left to wash up.

Separate invoice will be sent for deposit to confirm the booking. Final invoice will be due for payment 7 days before arrival
